Badaun, Uttar Pradesh: Vibhu Upadhyay, a resident of Badaun district in Uttar Pradesh, achieved an extraordinary feat by clearing the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2023 on his first attempt. What makes Vibhu’s story even more unique is his regular performance of the Ganga Aarti at Kacchla Ghat. Known for his dedication and commitment, Vibhu scored an impressive 622 out of 720 marks in the exam.
From Ganga Aarti to NEET Success: Vibhu Upadhyay’s Extraordinary Journey
Attributing his success to the blessings of Maa Ganga, Vibhu expressed his gratitude and stated, “Ganga Maiya has chosen me to serve the people. I will never disappoint her. It is only through her blessings that I have reached this point in my life today.” Since 2019, Vibhu has been actively involved in performing the Ganga Aarti at the Kacchla Ghat and has expressed his desire to continue this divine service in the future.
Vibhu believes that initiatives like the Ganga Aarti have helped the youth connect with Sanatan Dharma and their cultural roots. The traditional attire worn during the Aarti, along with the serene environment, has played a significant role in keeping Vibhu focused and calm during his exam preparation. Devoting an hour each day to the Aarti, Vibhu found solace and mental clarity.

Expressing his aspirations, Vibhu shared, “I wanted to continue my family tradition of becoming a doctor. I started preparing for it since the 9th standard, which may be the reason it took me less time to clear the NEET exam. I believe I have received the blessings of Ganga Maa to become an MBBS doctor.”
